  6. Allumer la mijoteuse, laisser cuire une journée ou une nuit en position "auto" (chez moi donc, presque 8h de cuisson)
  7. A la fin de la cuisson, mélanger de nouveau.
    Déposer les escalopes sur le dessus, reposer le couvercle, et laisser encore cuire le temps de préparer la table.
  8. Servir aussitôt, et régalez-vous !
